of course, i prefere mine
but i think al quds make it nicer than jabri…the ghee jabri uses is not up to my taste i guess.

Home made mansaf is the best, but with regards to restaurants, have to rate ‘al-Quds’ and then ‘Deer itna’ (they have a small sit-in eatery in Sweifieh [I think]) – try the local meat, it’s delicious!
